The current work connects system requirements to component trades, electrical architecture, mechanical interfaces, procurement planning and verification. This creates a practical route from a product concept to an integrated prototype.
Our long-term ambition is a Nigerian engineering and manufacturing base able to develop, maintain and evolve its own defense systems.
Control the interfaces
Mechanical fit, electrical power, cooling, communications and software contracts must describe the same system. Configuration control keeps those disciplines aligned.
Build the supply chain
Component sourcing, substitutions, small integration parts and service needs are part of the product definition. Supplier information and received-part measurements feed the next prototype stage.
Progress through integration
The development sequence moves from local software and engineering analysis to component inspection, bench integration and controlled field trials. Each stage provides the information needed for the next.
