Sovereign capability is an engineering task.
A defense technology base requires more than access to equipment. It requires the ability to design systems, understand their software, maintain their hardware and adapt them to changing requirements.
We are developing that capability across five programmes, with shared foundations in sensing, robotics, communications and embedded intelligence.
